Our gym facilities and access
Our gym is clean, private, safe and well equipped. It is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, but closed for lunch 1-2pm (our team need their gym time too!).
It is where we hold our small group classes, one-on-one sessions with a practitioner, or to work through your program on your own at a booked time.
Accessing our gym
You can use our gym to workout on your own (once your practitioner has written you a program and cleared you for independent exercise). You need to choose a time slot and book ahead. The gym is open for use outside of our regular group classes and lunch times and when practitioners are using the gym for private appointments.
We will write your individualised program and demonstrate how each piece of equipment is used, as we guide you through each exercise or movement.

Costs for using the gym are $12.50 per visit ($10 concession) for a 45 minute booking, or $100 per month ($90 concession) for frequent use. We require you to make a booking in a time when the gym is available, please speak to contact us for more information.
