Exercise - our approach
How we do things
Before you begin regular exercise sessions with us we will:
-
assess your exercise needs
-
set goals together
-
agree how you will exercise and how often.

At your first appointment we look at any injuries, the way you move, and talk about your goals. We might recommend some one-on-one exercise sessions before you start practicing on your own or joining one of our regular small group exercise classes.

Together we will set your movement goals and our clinician will design a personal program for you to follow an agreed number of times each week, which might be independently at home or in our gym.

We will demonstrate and take you through each piece of equipment and exercise so you know how to do them safely and effectively.
Gym facilities and access
We have an on-site well-equipped gym. Find out how you can access it for your independent sessions.
