We reduce our fees for:

We set our fees to cover the cost of providing a quality service while making it affordable and accessible. If you think that our fees don’t suit your circumstances please speak to us.
Paying for services as a Medicare care plan holder
If you come to us under a care plan, there are different rules for how you pay.
Claiming private health insurance rebates
If you have private health insurance with extras you can claim your rebates at the clinic (through HICAPS), which means that you only pay the gap.
Billing for visits covered by Department of Veterans’ Affairs, WorkSafe and TAC claims, and Aged Care or NDIS providers
If you have a WorkSafe claim or a TAC claim (pending service approval) there will be nothing for you to pay. We bill directly to the agency with no out-of-pocket cost to you.
