Group exercise classes

Our small group exercise classes are designed and supervised by health professionals, to be safe and effective.

To join a class you just need to have one appointment with your practitioner first. They will ask you about your health, assess your physical capacity and build an individualised program to work towards your goals.

Classes are in a group of up to 5 people in our well-equipped on-site gym. You will be guided by our expert health practitioner who understands you and can modify any of the exercises to suit your injuries or needs.

What to expect

Please arrive a few minutes before the class.

Wear clothes that allow you to move.

Bring water and a small towel.

Try not to each a huge meal just before class.

We aim to make our classes enjoyable – please come with curiosity, optimism and a sense of humour.
